Curt Brand has more than 40 years of experience in tax including preparation, tax planning and consulting for individuals and small businesses across a wide variety of industries. Curt served as a past chairman of the ISCPA federal tax committee including many years on that committee.

Dave Ellis, CPA CONSULTANT

Dave Ellis joined Denman in 1995 and today provides accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services for clients. Dave has worked extensively with physician practices, automobile and trucking dealerships, employee benefit plans, higher education institutions, local governments and non-profit entities.

Philip Goldsmith, CPA, JD CONSULTANT

Philip Goldsmith joined Denman in 2018 serving as our Director of Tax Services. He has several years of senior level experience in domestic and international tax law. He is skilled at identifying business and tax implications of a wide variety of transactions and implementing strategic planning to minimize the tax consequences. He provides tax and financial analysis to assist with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other business transactions including formation and structuring of new entities. He provides expertise in corporate, partnership, individual and fiduciary taxation and estate and family tax planning. He has also represented companies and individuals before the IRS and state tax authorities.

Tim L. Howard has 35 years of working experience in public accounting specializing in the area of income taxation. He has extensive experience in strategic tax planning and compliance and works closely with clients in real estate, professional services, retail trade, construction contractors and various individuals and entrepreneurs. Tim regularly performs tax-related services to partnerships and S Corporations and is knowledgeable in multi-state taxation issues.
